Edward was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful, not pushy at all. He gave me a great deal on 4 kumos that beat out my dealership’s price! Thank you, Edward!

fair price (but not a 'good deal'), reasonable amount of time to install (but at the limit of a full 2 hours+) for 4 new tires, balanced, valve stems, (didn't need an alignment/ no adjustments were made) etc. However, 10-15 minutes in, they brought me damaged/broken parts. They removed the center hub dust cap plastic covers (that do not block the lug nuts <size about 2.5">) (They do not need to come off to remove the rims/wheels so I'm guessing they had to remove them for the tire machine ?) All 4 were damaged - with broken retainer clips/rings, 2 of them beyond any usability. I can see slightly damaged paint marks on my rims where something like a flathead screw driver was used to pry them out (as they are slightly recessed and are clearly not manufactured to be removed by 'prying'), instead of gentlely tapping them out from the backside, after the rims are removed (especially because it was a very cold 'brittle plastic' day) So, now I had to order replacements (at my expense) and I'll have to drive around without them for a couple of weeks. The luxury vehicle, is 11 years old so... not new or 'mint' but still is in very good / above average condition for its age. I know plastic becomes brittle with age and cold but, I also think the employees/machanics would know that too, as well as not to use tools on painted or otherwise rims to pry things out (especially when clearly not manufactured to do so) that would leave permanent chips/scratches- -more professional training/care is needed. -I feel 2 stars is fair, maybe even generous, only because the vehicle drives the same as before (not worse) but just more 'comfortable' due to the new tires but I feel I paid the 'top' fair price and they started on my car immediately but for 4 tires that I had an appointment for and have to replace parts at my expense and inconvenience and now having permanent minor damage on all 4 rims - its like an attitude/workmanship of 'rip them off and slap them on - rush job'... that still took just over 2 hours... Addendum- I have now lowered my rating to 1 star, perhaps because today is a sunnier day, I have now also noticed more damage to each rim than I noticed before while collecting pictures to answer tire discounters reply. In addition to broken parts, chips around the center caps and scratches on the rims, I can now see there are dings, scratches, etc. around almost all of the lugnut holes. Granted is all minor damage but it's A LOT of minor damage in total. -In addition now that I've drove my vehicle at freeway speeds, I now have a slight 'shimmy' at about 50mph+ (just enough to be annoyingly noticeable, that gets worse at higher speeds indicating either 1 or more wheels is out of balance (most likely) or I have a bad new tire (possible, but much less likely). *See attached photos -the 1st picture of a full rim is from 6 months ago vs. 2nd picture (w/red circle highlights), taken today.

I got a flat in the dairy queen parking lot at 10:00pm. Thought it was best to leave it and come back in the morning. Came in at 8:00am when Tire Discounters opened. The lady waiting in front of me was very angry and said it had been multiple days. I thought "oh, well I don't know what is happening with her so she may just be having a bad day and is going through something a bit more extreme" It is my turn to get to the desk and I explain I got a flat about 50 yards away and asked if they could help me. The guy at the desk said "It isn't on our site there is nothing we can do. If you can figure out how to get it towed I can see about getting you scheduled" He did not even look up to talk to me. I said "whatever it is what it is" I walked the 50 feet to my car and put my spare on. I drove around back through the connecting lots and parked. I looked up and saw the newly opened Firestone and decided "well if I had to put a flat on just to get over 50 feet I might as well try if they are at least nicer to me". I called and said "Hey, I have a flat across the street" The guy on the phone said "oh do you need someone to come over" I said "no, I have my spare on but wondering if y'all are open and can help" He said "yeah, be safe we'll see you when you get here". I went over. Was seen right away was treated respectfully and got my tire plugged for $22 with additional safety checks. If you are already at Tire Discounters I highly recommend going across the street to Firestone.

So far haven't even had the service and not excited by how I've been brushed off. I chose tire discounter because I was under the impression I could get all my work completed same day. I even opted to leave the vehicle overnight and day so that they could work at their convenience. But ultimately I will have to make another appointment and waste more time to get the one thing I really needed done and that is the oil. Then I was told they are booked a week out for an oil change and yet I can schedule the same day online. Not happy and won't recommend to anyone. Update no time for an oil change but you call and offer to do the brakes for additional $450.... lol no
