  I recently rented an F-150 from them for 17 days while my truck was in the shop. The truck was fine as I would expect from most of the rental companies. What stood out was the professionalism and caring from Frank and the others at this office. My rental was through my insurance company and everything went smooth and quickly. Frank called me several times while I had the truck to see if everything was OK. This level of personal touch is rare these days. A truck is a truck, but Frank's service was what stood out.

  Booked a rental on a friday before Monday pick up at 4pm. Showed up Monday at 4:15pm to get the car and it wasnt there, they were picking up from another location and would call me in 30min when it arrived. I waited an hour and called, phone range for 15min then someone answered and hung up. Drove back to enterprise to get the car (now 5:45pm) and they didnt have the correct car. they then drove the car to get washed while I waited, not a big deal but should have been done prior to me coming back. While waiting they then sent two other people to the Powell location to pick up cars since they were out. Strongly recommend just going to Powell enterprise to rent a car. I was at the Powell location the week prior. Powel had me in the car after 5min vs the two hour process and two trips to this Sandusky location.
