By the time he got home, less than 5 miles away, it would not stay running and was lit up like a Christmas tree with all the lights on. He called the store, explaining what was happening. Within an hour, the manager was at our house fixing the issue. We appreciate the accountability and very fast customer service to make it right. Of all the times we have been there with our vehicles for oil changes, we have never had an issue. We will continue to service our vehicles, and appreciate the customer service.
