The wait was not long and I got my oil changed, wipers replaced and tires checked. The employees know what they are doing and I really appreciated that. - MSMandy SullivanOct 13, 20252.01. The wrong weight oil was put in my car, caught by the technician, drained, and then immediately refilled at the correct weight. Glad they caught it right away and no harm was done, unclear why that type of mistake was made to begin with. 2. My printout for activities completed says they checked the windshield fluid and it was ok, but I sincerely doubt that, because at a previous visit Valvoline told me there is a crack in the container and it can't hold the full amount of liquid without leaking. This time they didn't mention the crack and acted as though the container was full. 3. The "get oil change at X mile amount" was printed, but I had to ask them to give it to me because they forgot. (I understand this is a very small thing, something I normally wouldn't even mention, but it contributed to the feel of inadequacy on this particular trip). 4. I exited the bay and then checked my oil change limit to make sure it showed 100%, it didn't, so I drove around and had them reset it for me. Again, this is a very small thing; however, it's significant this time because they marked it as "reset" on my printout of actions completed, when it wasn't actually done. All of these things combined left me feeling like the entire job was handled poorly and that I couldn't trust the quality of work or that what they listed as checked/ok on the maintenance check sheet was actually fully completed.
