I chose tire discounter because I was under the impression I could get all my work completed same day. I even opted to leave the vehicle overnight and day so that they could work at their convenience. But ultimately I will have to make another appointment and waste more time to get the one thing I really needed done and that is the oil. Then I was told they are booked a week out for an oil change and yet I can schedule the same day online. Not happy and won't recommend to anyone. Update no time for an oil change but you call and offer to do the brakes for additional $450.... lol no

I picked up my sons Volkswagen Jetta after paying their overpriced scheduled oil change and was told “everything checked out perfect”however the car began having issues With the oil to be specific a Alarming red beeping oil light started alarming on the dash every time he drove, I returned the car to tire discounters just to pick it back up with more false information that “ we resolved the issue, oils great and we test drove the car, there is no longer a alarm or light on the dash” There was sludge on the engine and yes of course the light and alarm with the oil symbol on the dash continued as soon as we drove off!!! Don’t do business with Tire discounters, the pretend to know what they’re doing and they fake being nice, they over charge and they will ruin your car

They do not price gouge, and they will give you options based on what you can afford. I highly recommend coming to this place, I’ve been here twice now and I’ve had an excellent experience both times. Car expenses are unpredictable and the staff here understands that no one is made of money, and I appreciate their candour.
