- LLLoriNov 21, 20251.0One star cuz you have to give him a star to move on this company 8 year old woman joker car out there to get her oil changed and stuff a week and a half later her car had blown up due to the fact there had been no oil put in that car there is 7 quarts of oil put in an oil change in an Avalon her model where was underneath the car never was on the thing they and where was the light on the dash that warned you about the oil we seen these gentlemen tomorrow because I'm not going to let my mom she's 88 and I will not let them get away with it she's forget it no they need to redo my mother they blew up her car my mother's car and I never thought as a person I should be checking the oil when I just had the oil changed it was bone dry there was no oil put in there and park the car at my mom's apartment she lives on a flat ground cement never once was there a little oil any worse to be found wasn't put there I'm very very very very very saddened by these men because they my mom thinks the world of them didn't do it right and it could be because she's 88 and I think and she don't care well I do

Talked to Ed at the Delaware store, he told me there is a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be from the total amount the 2 tires would have been, so 25% of $500. 125 bucks for absolutely nothing. I asked Ed for a phone number to a manager that could help me understand why that would be policy and he told me they don't give out that information.
