  10 miles into an 800 mile road trip we hit a piece of metal on 23 that blew our tire. Jess and the team here got us an immediate appointment and got us back on the road quickly. Being the day after Christmas on a long road trip we brought the whole package - kids, dog, car top carrier, and a fully packed SUV. She was friendly, helpful, and gave us great confidence we’d be back on the road safely, very soon. Highly recommend!

  Had an appointment for a tire repair, drove 30+ minutes(each way) for the appointment and there was a sign on the door that said closed for insufficient staffing. It happens, I understand, but please call or use the message system that you used to message me my appointment details to alert customers not to waste their time driving to an appointment that won’t happen because the shop is closed.

  I’m one of those people that never leaves reviews but this place is awful enough that someone needs to warn others. First, I made an appointment to get the PSI sensors in my tires replaced, the lady at the front desk told me she would order my parts for $150 and they’ll be ready for my appointment. She also told me the total would be $200 for labor and parts. The day comes for my appointment and apparently she forgot because she told me they wouldn’t be able to service my car for 1-2 hours (didn’t call to save me time and gas) so I shrug it off and make another appointment the next week. The day comes for my next appointment and when I get there, she gets on the phone with the place they buy parts from (because she never ordered them like she said she would) come to find out the parts would be around $400 and the service would be around $500. I get no apologies for forgetting about my appointment twice, for not ordering the parts like she said she would. Also the people that drove my car over to look at it smelled like cigarette smoke, and she had the nerve to tell me I should order the parts off Amazon on my way out. I’ve never experienced anything like that in my life. Don’t go to this place!!

  Poor customer service, waited over an hour for the “sales manager” still nothing. Made an appointment and everything. Just wanted to know the price

  Call center was horrible. They booked me for an alignment on a day they don't do alignments. So I had to go back a second day. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience. They are very slow compared to other places.
