  Easy to set up the rental. Warm customer service. Great follow up to be sure the vehicle is meeting the customer’s needs. It was quick and easy to return the car and get a ride to my own car.

  My car’s transmission broke, so I had to get a rental car for a few days in order to make a work trip. My original rental was a Nissan Rogue, but I had to turn around and swap it out, because the oil pan on the bottom wasn’t screwed in on one side and flipped down to drag on the road. The team was very apologetic and worked to get me the last car on the lot RIGHT before they closed. Evan was incredibly helpful, very kind, and super accommodating for my rental and I greatly appreciated his service!
