Asked for another vehicle and it was better but the outside of it was dirty with salt on the windows making it difficult to see. Requested a larger vehicle as my insurance allows it and they can't seem to find one. They said they would look for one back on Tuesday and still haven't heard anything from them. The gentlemen are nice there but it just seem as if there is no urgency to help the customer out. Very disappointed in this location for service and what they have to offer. I would rent in Westerville or Dublin first before this location.

Quickly sent me on my way with no explanation of the features of the vehicle. I had to Google information to learn where everything was and how to control things. The car was not clean and the oil change sticker showed way overdue. I was not informed of my options regarding the fuel and was given no paperwork. Upon returning, a different agent, Tre was very helpful and very friendly and understanding. He should be in management.
