- HHHomny1Aug 29, 20225.0Drove 4.5 hrs this morning to arrive by 7 am. We were greeted by a gentleman named Jim who left the door open for us even though it was before opening time and instructed us to go around the back to the large garage doors. We had a generator from 1994 fail finally and we were in telephone contact with Jim, who walked us through the process so we knew what to expect. We were greeted by Paul, who took over with the replacement of the generator head and also did some maintenance and oil leak repairs. He explained everything that was involved and what modifications would be necessary to use the existing Diesel engine. Neat, clean, and when you see your unit in better condition than how you brought it in! Brian was introduced to us, and gave us a tour of the facility and welcomed us to see them in action. He also explained what the company does, answered any and all questions, and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible while we waited. Well, it turns out that Jim is Brian's dad and this is a FAMILY run business. This is something that is missing from todays commercial venues, and it was nice to have everyone be pleasant and inviting.
