  Went out to get a new battery for my jeep and I believe the man’s name was Shane was very very helpful. He found what I needed, installed it in the freezing temps and would not let me tip him for his service. Said he wasn’t allowed. He should have been able to if for no other reason than it was freezing cold out and he never complained.

  Went in to have my battery looked at and the staff was very helpful. They checked my battery and were very knowledgeable in getting me the correct replacement. Shane swapped my battery and gave me a lot of great tips on maintaining it correctly. He also checked my alternator to make sure everything was running properly. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

  Stopped in to have my car checked out as I figured I’d need a new battery. Mack was able to assist in providing battery/alternator check and everything checked out ok. He gave advice on maybe what could be causing the rough start/not starting at all. Stopped to get some gas on the way home and my car died. Mack didn’t hesitate to get my location and helped me get me back on the road. Appreciate you! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Thank you so much!
