  This was the first windshield replacement I've ever done. The process was so easy due to the way Safelite manages the communication. Our installer, Justin, was awesome. He was professional, courteous, and quick. I appreciated how he complied with my request to leave room in the driveway for our other vehicle to enter and exit knowing that we had a medical appointment shortly after his arrival. Amazingly, he was so fast that the job was done before we even needed to leave. My overall impression is extremely positive! Thank you, Safelite.

  After 2 scheduled appointments, only to find out 1 hour later on each occasion that they did not have the windshield for my car, the 3rd time was a charm! Installer Justin showed up at my house, right on time and performed the process of removal, installation and calibration of the camera & associated sensors. I was totally happy with the entire process as well as Justin's professionalism he showed during the whole time!

  Xaire provided amazing service! Quick and friendly service, great human being. The website-only model and having the company phone number go to a recorded apology and a $25-off coupon code that cannot be used is a dystopian horror like I have never experienced, but the actual work is good enough to make up for it.

  Very easy to make appointments online via phone. They even take care of the insurance information. All you have to do is input your insurance policy number. Appointments were available next day. Took less than 2 hours to replace window. Communication via texts are prompt.

  I had a real long crack appear in my windshield and it needed to be replaced. I went online and filled out the information on their site. I googled for a promo code and got 50$ off. I set up the appointment on line. everything was easy to navigate. I received several emails and text from Safelite about the appointment so that I wouldn't forget it. They also sent a video on what to expect when they come to my house and described how much room they need around the vehicle to do the work. The repair person was timely, nice and did a great job. I definitely recommend their services.
