  The technicians punctured a hole in the upholstery of my car during a windshield replacement. The car was dropped off there with no hole and I came back to a hole. The manager proceeded to gaslight me and convince me that there is no way they could have done it. I get it; mistakes happen. But to deny the mistake is just low integrity. It makes me sad that they are likely damaging vehicles daily but are getting away with it. My advice would be to avoid this shop but if you have to use them, then document the interior and exterior of your car before they touch it. Not only was there a puncture but also tons of debris and scrap throughout the car interior. They live off insurance claims and apparently are free to do what they please. Low integrity, sad dishonest labor.

  The service I received from customer service and the technician was spot on 100% Great I thought the service i paid for would of produced a better outcome. It just dont look as good as previous chip filler services i have gotten in the past....Im surely not one of the people that is unhappy with anything done for me just kinda excited a better product for the price point

  I paid $450. to have the system recalibrated and they did not recalibrate it correctly and did not test the system or test drive the car after replacing the windshield. The 2-3 hour job only took 45 minutes and now I have to be inconvenienced to wait 2 weeks for them to recalibrate the system. I will never use safelite again if needed. I will find a different company to do any window work.

  Almost everything was great. The actual work was excellent. The tech did his job and everything is as was explained. The only ding I would give is communication. It’s a four hour window and about halfway through the time window I got a text saying that he was on the way. He actually arrived about an hour and ten minutes later. An updated text would have been a great move.
