  Penske forces you to sign something agreeing to their rental agreement but they will not let you have a copy of the rental agreement until you sign they paper. After much convincing they reluctantly gave us a copy. Then they want to scan your face with biometrics to confirm you are who you say you are (which they keep on file for a "year"). Instead of using their eyes and common sense to look at your face and your license and compare the 2 like people have done for 50+ years. Also if the vehicle breaks down you are responsible for the tow and repair of the vehicle. What world are is Penkse living in? There are multiple rental companies in the Dayton area. Look elsewhere. (So how do you know if they maintain their vehicles properly or if their mechanic didn't have a bad day and makes a mistake and you're now responsible for it? Or what if they want revenge of Penske and they do not do a proper job. Of course they immediately respond with AI computer-generated nonsense. Look elsewhere and READ THE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! They do not deny anything I said or the AI did not I should say.)

  Absolutely the worst service. Called in for a rental April 28, 2026. A Volvo sleeper should of been ready at 7am. Called to see if they could pick us up at the hotel. The didn't offer rides, not a problem. While on the phone with them told us the truck needed a few things done. They would call us back when the truck was done. Well never received a call back. Had to call them back. They said they needed a few more hours. Once again had to call them back. They said they had a day cab. We said they don't work for us. So they find a Freightliner. Waited around for that truck only to tell us the truck also needed work and wouldn't be done till the 30th. We ended up walking out. I would not recommend doing business with this location.

  As a former uhaul customer I will always use Penske in the future! Incredibly kind staff at this location, great vehicles, my wife and I had our personal car broke down on the way to return the Penske truck and they waived all late fees. We will be back in the future!

  Had a truck issue, called the local office and the customer support was excellent. Roadside support arrived within 30 minutes of initial dialing of call and service. Definitely recommend!
