    DO NOT BUY USED CARS!!! I waited 8 months to write this review. I hoped things would get better but they didn't. Worst experience i have ever had. I was sold a durango that had 2 oil leaks, one being from the head gasket, but they covered it up by cleaning the engine off. Brought it to their attention before my first oil change and they refused to fix it. Even purchased their extended coverage because they promised that they could go above and beyond to help even if it's not covered. They also refused to fix this issue even though they sold it to me that way. Car is already getting louder and engine is starting to cause the car to shake. They will show you the carfax but will not tell you about any actual issues with the car. This is the worst thing so far but I have other issues as well. When buying the car, I made it clear to every single person I talked to that I wanted to negotiate on the price and every time they agreed, before running financing, I told them I wanted to negotiate and they said "let's run your credit and we will go from there. The moment they came back with approval, they told me they couldn't change the price now. This bothered me a lot because their was a chip in the windshield, a license plate light was out, and the driver side day running light was out. Few other things but i found those later. I wasn't even asking for much off the price. Just enough to fix the issue. After all of that, I simply asked for one of their $40 emergency roadside kits and was told no. Third issue. They kept a GPS on my car and didn't call me for over 5 months. The final issue my wife and I had was, after the purchase, they told us they were going to detail clean the car and they didn't even vacuum the car out. There was grass all over the inside, papers between the seats, even a check from the previous owner from his state farm claim. We had issues getting tags but that really wasn't their fault and they made us sit and wait so they could take care of a customer buying a new car which was rude but we accepted. Just overall bad experience. Have never been treated this bad and I have bought cars from several dealers in the area. If you're looking for a used car, please go somewhere else. Once the car is sold, they don't care anymore. You can talk until you're blue in the face and they don't care. I won't say anything about new cars because I don't know. If, God forbid, you do buy a used car. DO NOT get the extended warranty from them. They are just as bad if not worse than endurance. Find a better place because they will not help you. They will not go above and beyond like they say they will. You will end up paying $6,000 for 4 oil changes. This isn't just anger. I took plenty of time to think about this and tried to solve things with them but they did not care at all. After they ran my credit, I felt like I was stuck. I worked very hard to get my credit score back and didn't want to put multiple hard hits on it. I needed a reliable car because I was preparing for surgery. They knowingly sold me a car that had issues and walked away.

    I have had my 2016 MDX serviced at Jeff Wyler Acura since the day I bought it. They take great care of my car and are patient in explaining details of maintenance. Love the video the service department sends to me. The service department is very helpful. Thanks Ryan Flowers!

    Today I had one of the easiest car buying experiences of my life. First, Garrett Qualified me quickly, and brought me the perfect car that fits right in my budget. My Wife's new ADX has every feature and more missing from her old car. Speaking of, our trade in value was way higher than either my wife or I had expected. Jim was even nice enough to bring my papers to me while I was still working! Garrett helped my wife and kids to feel comfortable by providing car fox stuffed animals, pokemon cards, and one piece cards to my oldest, and talking about anime with my wife and I! I won't be buying from anywhere else, thats for sure!!
