  James was amazing. I thank you so very much sir. It' was a fast and smooth and quick process/transition. Very clean cut, very professional and I would highly reccomend a 'James" at every enterprise. You had all my paperwork ready for me to sign, go over truck, its condition and be on my way!. Thank you for fighting for my pocket and not trying to squeeze every penny out. Agreement was very fair. And I would tell everyone . If u want and honest fair professional agent.   We flew into Dayton to rent two trucks for a round trip to North Carolina and back, and the entire experience was outstanding. Emily O’Connell, the assistant manager, went above and beyond from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with from the moment we picked up the trucks. What really stood out was her commitment to great customer service. She even stayed a little after hours to make sure we were able to return everything smoothly without any issues. That level of care and dedication is rare and made the whole process stress-free for us. If you’re renting in the area, I highly recommend working with Emily. Truly a great experience all around.
