My rental was extended and the car was not going to make it to the oil change. I had to exchange the car. Let them know I’d be there at 8am and the other car still wasn’t ready. This should have been an easy exchange or a complimentary upgrade to get me in and out. Waited 30 minutes. I needed to get to work.
