    1) Reserved a car, but they didn’t have any cars on the lot. Sat there to wait for a customer to return. 45 min. Told them not to clean the car cause they made me late for a show I had to do in Sandusky. 2) When I returned the car, they kept insisting that a manager will reach out to me on Monday to “to right the wrong.” Still waiting on that call.

    I made a reservation and came to pick up, but they told me they didn't have a car. This is the fourth problem I've had at this location. They don't do their damn job right. I'll never use enterprise again. I'm late for my meeting. I lost time and money.

    Booked online. I was forewarned of a high demand due to online reservations and walkins. However, when my time slot arose (at the same time as an emergency) the staff worked with me on the last minute rental changes. My rental was still available, everyone was friendly, car was spotless and the drop off was smooth and simple. The vehicle itself did run a bit hard but otherwise, no issues.
