    Tristan was great, very informative, everyone I asked a question to answered in and I left having no questions, and insight as to what to do going forward, most likely will be coming to the Huber heights location again over the others. Great experience!

    Always a great time and service when I come to Valves. The oil changes are always so quick and the staff do a great job of getting me in and out. They also never forget my military discount.

    This shop is always busy, which says a lot about how good they are—but despite that, they are always very kind and respectful. They are upfront about wait times and let you know exactly how long it will be, which I really appreciate. The staff is professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. They also offer a wide variety of services, so you know your vehicle is well taken care of. The manager, Tristan, is especially professional and helpful, and the rest of the team does a great job as well. Highly recommend!
