  Had a 0900 appointment. At 0945 I left after my truck hadn’t even been brought back. Had I been a drop in that would be one thing but I had an appointment and I detest when someone wastes my time.

  I just went in today & got 2 new struts put on my car with an alignment & also a camber kit put on. Josh was extremely helpful & very nice. The team got everything finished very quickly & also had the cheapest prices around town. I would highly recommend going to the store on feedwire road. Very pleasant & helpful.

  I called the shop to ask whether they would look into warranty work that was performed at another Tire Discounters location out of state. The employee said they could review a warranty repair completed the day before, but not until the schedule cleared up in ~4 days —which is frustrating given that this involves a failed brake issue and the timing is far from ideal. The employee initially seemed willing to help, but quickly redirected the conversation and said I should contact the dealer because this location could not assist. He stated the likely issue was a brake booster that would need to be programmed and that they could not perform that work. This was concerning, since my vehicle is older and does not have a programmable brake booster. The employee never asked for the make, model, or year of my vehicle and simply made that assumption. In addition, the original location has already evaluated the vehicle, quoted the repair, and determined that a brake booster is not needed. At this point, it appears this location may be capable of handling tire-related work, but is not interested in assisting with more involved repairs—particularly warranty work, despite their advertised national warranty policy.

  Oh my goodness! I had an emergency issue with my tire! Josh was so very attentive and did not hesitate to jump in and help us! When I tell you God sends the right person at the right time! Customer service was 6 stars but 5 was my only option!

  I was in need of some new tires before the large snow storm a week or so ago. I originally made my appointment online but had to modify it by phone call. Through change of appointment to in person chat and plan of service, to final execution, the staff was very personable and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back! The only issue I had was their website stated that you can get a Uber voucher for needing to drop off a car, but the store said they no longer do that accommodation.
