  Steven is a technician that provided a mobile windshield repair service from this location. He left his equipment in my car and then contacted two days later to arrange pick up, completely understandable. What is not acceptable and extremely inappropriate is how he called and texted my phone from the safelite number and then his personal cell phone over 15 times repeatedly in the span of 7pm-7:40pm, waiting outside of my house. When approaching his car with HIS equipment that HE left in my vehicle at HIS mistake, he felt inclined to yell at me as well. I had let him know early that morning that I may be able to set the equipment out around 6pm when I got home but I wasn't sure on timing due to personal demands, to which we planned I would text later that evening if it was possible. Management absolutely needs to manage their personnel's lack of professionalism and decency. Trusting someone to provide a service at your home does not invite them to harass you after hours outside your house and by phone as they are staked out.

  Delano was amazing! Great care to detail, very professional. He was unable to make original appointment time, but he contacted me first thing in the morning. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to uphold my other obligations so I canceled them for my windshield. Del showed up, got right to work, he was very diligent. I had a previous windshield replacement I didn’t know about, apparently the person who replaced it before didn’t do the greatest job. Del did everything he could to fix it in a timely manner. He was so on it; that it was a job well done with plenty of time to spare. I didn’t need to cancel anything after all. I almost found someone who could replace my windshield cheaper. Safelite ended up offering $100 off which made them cheaper than othe other guy and no doubt reliable. It was amazing to have them come to my house rather than going to a shop to have it done. Highly recommend 10/10

  Windshield was replaced by a professional and friendly installer! Very proficient, cleaned up when finished, overall a great job
