My windshield wipers stopped working after the appointment so I had to go back. Turns out they forgot to reconnect my windshield wipers connector. Within 6 months the glass separated from the plastic frame at the bottom of the glass and the windshield wiper stopped working again. You CANNOT get anyone on the phone and the automated service hung up on me EVERY TIME.

The second time the replacement windshield they had in stock was poor quality and they wouldn’t replace after 45 mins waiting in their waiting room already. The third time I received a text the day of the appointment that they reschedule due to no longer being able to come to my home instead and I would have to go back to their shop. I tried calling 3 times to figure out why it was not available anymore. I was not able to speak to a human. This process with Safelite has been so frustrating. Save yourself time and effort by picking a different company.
