    Thought they were helping me out by holding all my belongings. Well WAS I WRONG! Tried to retrieve them several times, my mother went up there and they told her she couldn't get them without my permission.( Dont inderstand that truck was in her name!) So I called several times finally talked to someone and asked them specifcally WHEN CAN I retrieve my things?? She tells me my mom has to be with me because the truck is in her name SMH. So I told her my mom was in the hospital & I needed to come get my clothes and things I have nothing that's everything I owned. She said she would call me right back. Waited on a phone call never received one so I called back Monday. She gets on the phone to tell me that they threw my things in the dump!! She said she was sorry. 😞everything I own... everything.. is in a dump?. My kids memories, trophys, my dad's ashes.? I asked her why? She knew I was coming she said "sorry". Like it's no big deal. I believe my stuff was stolen from people there is no way they would throw brand new shoes away. 5-10 pair of nike air max, Boyd's bears, jewelry, etc,. I hope I never loose all your belongings and everything you have ever worked for! I do believe in karma. You can't just throw someone's life away like it's nothing and plan on living a good life. You will have to meet your maker one day & I'll say a prayer for you. I will be calling my lawyer. Replevin is a law!

    Chaelynne was awesome and great to deal with. She was super helpful, a pleasure to talk to and answered all of my questions. She made the reservation process as simple as possible and securing my Penske rental couldn't have gone smoother. The actual rental truck was great too, the truck was clean, newer, and made the journey to FLA from OH without any issues at all. I'm doing it again soon, and will be renting another truck from her! Thanks!
