A tech checked the car over and told me that the message I was seeing was automatic and not triggered by a sensor or anything. The oil in the car was still fine and service wasn't necessary. So he topped off the other fluids and sent me on my way, no charge. Thank you nice and honest technician (whose name I did not get... I'm so sorry!)!
