    Great customer service from Ryan the service advisor.. Appreciated the video from the technician explaining the work that was done. I do wish that car clean up could be reinstituted as a service while vehicle is there.

    Chad was absolutely phenomenal. He took really good care of my family while we were waiting on finance and the service department woth purchasing our new vehicle. He even went out of his way to play with my little one to keep him entertained until we were ready go. I will definitely come back here again for my next vehicle.

    Our salesman, Chad G., was great! He had the car we wanted to test drive cleared of snow, warmed up and ready to go when we arrived. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with the sales process. Even though we were there long past the end of his shift, he didn't try to rush us in our decision, and gave us his full attention. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Jeff Wyler auto group. This week my wife was in for a service on her new Honda Pilot she purchased from the Jeff Wyler of Colerain. When her appointment was set-up she confirmed there would be a loaner car so she could take our son to his dental appointment down the road (1.3 miles). Upon arrival, she was told loaners are only for Acura customers and no one is available to take her to the appointment. They stated that her options were to reschedule or walk. Since the Jeff Wyler staff did not care enough to find out more of the situation she walked. along with our 8 year old son, along a busy road and in some areas no side walks. The Jeff Wyler Acura team should be completely ashamed of their decisions and lack of regard for customers and children. We brought our business to Jeff Wyler trusting you cared for your customers...apparently we were wrong. I appreciate your response, however NO ACTION was taken until I called and spoke to the dealership. Your actions were 100% reactive and unacceptable. Please take this under consideration for all customers. In addition, when Jeff Wyler makes a commitment, ensure you follow through. We appreciate your efforts in customer retention and hope our next experience will be much better.
