    Drove off with a 2021 Acura TLX today. Chad was our representative and he was transparent and made the entire process painless. We both really appreciate the no pressure sales and helped navigating the options on our new vehicle! In and out in about 3 hours with financing and a test drive, not bad at all. I usually dread the Finance part, but Mike was straightforward and got us out quick. I can say it was a pleasant experience. Overall, a great team over there. If you find a vehicle for you online, call and ask for Chad. Thank you!

    When I first arrived at the Acura dealership for an appointment I made days ahead of time, Jason did not have any record showing I had an appointment for my Wife’s 2025 TLX. Keep in mind this is a 2025 TLX A-Spec with only 3,300 miles and already a major problem. I explained that the car was displaying 3 different warning lights on the dash related to Brake System failures. I asked for a loaner car and at the time he told me there weren’t any available but he would call me in an hour or so to either let me know the car was fixed or what the problem was. When he called me he did explain the problem was a defective Brake Actuator Assy and he found a loaner car for me. Monday Dec 29 I tried to contact the service department 4 different times during the day to get the status of where things were with car and everytime I called I spoke with a different person and could never get a straight answer nor could I even speak with anyone in the service department. Finally later in the day (T.J.) left a message on my Wife’s cell phone and to be honest I have no idea what his message was, it was incomplete and I didn’t know if the car was finished or not so I called back and still couldn’t talk to TJ or anyone else in service. I felt like the service department is a scam. At that point my Wife and I drove 30 minutes to dealership to pick up the car. We have had numerous Toyota cars and trucks and numerous Lexus cars from Lexus of Dayton and I went out of my comfort zone to give Acura a try because we thought Acura had a respectable reputation and we like the looks of the TLX. When this issue happened with our car we had to cancel our trip to Gatlinburg and thank God this didn’t happen in the middle of our trip. Either way I’m sure the Acura service department could care less about any of that but I guarantee you Toyota and Lexus would have cared. This is my fault for giving Acura a try and I got burnt….when I picked the car up the service tech even chuckled and said sometimes you get a “dud” and then he tried to clarify by saying a dud part. Lexus or Toyota would have never made a comment like that. There is light at the end of the tunnel, even though the TLX had 3300 miles and service supposedly fixed it and even though it’s a “dud’, we left the dealership and traded the car in to a very reputable dealership with number 1 rated cars in the U.S. We had a lot of equity in that car and didn’t take a hit….I also made sure the dealership knew what we just went through with the Acura dealership so they made things right. I’ll never buy another Acura and thank God I’ll never be back at the Acura dealership in Centerville.

    I had my Acura MDX towed to the dealership under a very unique and stressful situation. The team was upfront in letting me know they were down to service technicians and that it might take until the following day to complete a diagnostic. They immediately provided me with a courtesy car, which was such a relief since my husband was out of town on business and this added an extra layer of stress. What impressed me most was that they under-promised and over-delivered—my car was diagnosed the same day and ready for pickup that evening before closing. Everyone I interacted with was personable, friendly, and kind. They were informative and talkative in a way that made me feel comfortable and supported. These days you rarely encounter this level of customer service or personal care, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and genuine attention I received. It turned what could have been a difficult experience into a very positive one, and I left feeling valued and confident in choosing Acura.
