  Very good resource when you need to haul or move large items. I use primarily 3/4 ton or 1 ton pickup trucks, but box trucks are also available.

  Our experience with the Enterprise location in Dayton, Ohio was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We were given a rental van that smelled strongly of marijuana. The odor was overwhelming and caused our children to feel sick while riding in the vehicle, which is completely unacceptable for a family rental. In addition to the health concern, the situation was very embarrassing when guests rode with us and immediately noticed the smell. This is not the level of service or cleanliness we expect from a national rental company. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the problem was never properly resolved. We were not offered a satisfactory replacement, a discount, or any form of compensation. Management never followed up with us regarding the complaint. When we raised our concerns in person, the manager became emotional rather than addressing the issue professionally, which left us feeling dismissed and rushed out instead of helped. This was by far the worst Enterprise branch we have dealt with. Due to this experience, we will not be using Enterprise again and would caution others when considering this location.
