  A lot of waiting and cars/reservations unavailable. They need to just be honest online about what's available and what's not. I heard them say to me and multiple others how the car they reserved was getting an oil change lol. They must change the oil in these cars after each use lmao. Seeing some of these reviews, I actually lucked out my car was in excellent condition. Workers are nice, but just no urgency there. You will wait, and it sounds like your car may be hit or miss - if you can get one.

  A+++ EXPERIENCE, STAFF, AND LOCATION I have rented vehicles numerous times throughout my life and never had I had a more pleasant experience from the Downtown Dayton location. The main reason is simply the staff...their attitude, their helpfulness, and their enjoyment of their job. Having a crash and dealing with insurance is not a pleasant experience, but when getting in contact with the staff at this Enterprise, the stress went away. From the first moment, they assured me my transportation needs will be handled, and even found a way to significantly lower the cost of my rental. In the dealing with insurance, I had to extend several times, and what I though would be a couple weeks turned into two months. Never once, was there an issue, and the staff would always say "no problem, we got you covered". This professional and kind treatment completely erased the stress I had dealing with my insurance claim. I also priase the policies, rates, and overall process of Enterprise, as one of , if not the best in the industry; however, what has made me a lifelong customer of Enterprise is the caring, competent and wonderful staff and management of the downtown Dayton location! Thank you to each of you, you truly left a positive impact!

  Extremely Disappointing Service and Possible Discrimination I’ve been a repeat customer at this location for years, and it used to be reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience was one of the worst I’ve had with any rental car company, and it will be my last time renting from them. They advertised availability for the car I reserved, but upon arrival, they downgraded me without any valid explanation or compensation. To make matters worse, the staff demanded additional documents and proof of bills, which they didn’t even bother to review properly. It felt like I was being judged based on my nationality and race—something that has never happened to me here before. If extra requirements are needed, why not inform customers in advance during the booking process? This lack of transparency and poor handling wasted my time and left a terrible impression. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a hassle-free rental.
