    This is the most horrible customer service l have ever experienced. You can't get not one person on the phone just to ask a question . I sat on hold almost the whole entire day. I called multiple times to see if someone would answer , and you get nothing. They pick up the phone and send you right over to the automated machine. If l could give no stars at all l would. I simply had one question! I then called another location just a few miles away, she kindly tried to help me. She called the other location to see if they could call me back because she couldn't help with the existing contract . They still didnt call after that. It’s just unprofessional and inconsiderate . Never ever going through enterprise again and do not get me started on the vehicle that smelled like smoke and make loud noises . Smh

    Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe Vehicle, Unresolved Issues, and No Follow-Up I’ve never felt more dissatisfied with a rental experience than I have with Enterprise. I picked up my vehicle on a Saturday near closing time, and was placed in a car that had visible damage all around the exterior, smelled strongly of cat urine, and was 300 miles overdue for an oil change. Later, I discovered that all four tires were at least 10 PSI below the recommended pressure — a clear safety issue. The representative at that location acknowledged the condition of the vehicle and told me I could swap it out on Monday. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, that exchange never happened during the entire three weeks I had the car. During that time, I contacted Enterprise Customer Service several times. I was sent back and forth between locations with no resolution. When I returned to the original branch, the same employee who promised to swap my vehicle acted as if he didn’t recall our prior conversation and avoided eye contact altogether. I was then directed by Customer Service to the Dayton International Airport branch, where I was told they were expecting me and would provide an upgraded replacement due to the initial issues. However, when I arrived, the staff there appeared unaware of my situation and instead informed me that I would be held responsible for existing damages on the current rental — including dents, interior damage, and the loose backseat flooring. I immediately contacted Customer Service again, who assured me the situation would be escalated to a manager and that I would receive a call back that same day. I was told not to leave the airport. That call never came. It’s now been three weeks, and I still have not heard from anyone. I also submitted a formal complaint through Enterprise’s online portal — no response, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the matter. I never received a resolution to the situation or any communication for that matter. This entire experience has been unacceptable from start to finish — unsafe vehicle conditions, poor communication, lack of accountability, and absolutely no customer care. It’s extremely concerning that a company of Enterprise’s size would allow a vehicle in such condition to leave their lot and then completely ignore multiple escalation requests. I would never recommend Enterprise to anyone , especially at the North Main Street location, where I was told most of the cars are used for shady activity based on descriptions from Branch Manager Martin Glasper As he stated, the some cars are brought back with tinted windows. Unfortunately, I still haven’t heard from anybody from the company enterprise and I’m so disappointed with the company as a whole.
