  I was looking for a reliable place to get an oil change/tire rotation. I found this place on Google. They were closed so I sent them an email asking for a quote. They got back to me fairly quickly and the price quoted was under what I had been paying at some other big companies. They were able to get me in quickly. They had coffee, cold drinks and snacks in the waiting area, which I thought was nice. My wait wasn't very long and the charge was exactly what I was quoted. They didn't try to sell me anything more. Instead, I was given a list of services that would be needed in the future to keep my maintenance logs current and a quote for what they would charge me. I appreciated that. The only hiccup was that I was told my car was finished and got into my car to leave when the mechanic stopped me because he had forgotten to do the tire rotation. No big deal, mistakes happen. The only reason that I'm mentioning it here is because I want to show recognition to and my appreciation for the employee working the front counter that day. When I went back inside, he told me that he realized that he had not heard the noise of the tires being taken off so he ran into the shop to check with the mechanic, who then ran out to me getting ready to leave. They were short handed this day and this employee was extremely busy, yet he remained vigilant enough to stop a mistake from occurring at my expense! Wow! Thank you!! Highly recommend!!

  I have been to Elite Auto Experts of Dayton a few of times, and wow! They were recommended to me by my boyfriend and I will always recommend them too! They are always understanding, patient with questions, and fair with their prices.

  I’ve had my car serviced here for the last year. Once I found Elite Auto Experts, I did not want to go anywhere else! Great quality service, great prices, wonderful customer care. To be honest, I can’t think of anything negative!
