Took my Jeep here for a recall. It was supposed to be a "couple of hours". I finally called them around 4:30 (I believe.) He said they were just getting out put back together and that he would call me when it was done. Another hour passed and I tried calling again after not getting called back. This time no answer. They were closed. So what was supposed to be a "couple of hours turned into the whole weekend. Will most likely consider going elsewhere next time my jeep needs serviced.

I brought my daughter her for her first car purchase. Joe in pre-owned was absolutely amazing! He really went above and beyond. I am extremely thankful for how he took care of her, and she is thrilled with her car. Thanks, Joe!

Edit: why would I reach out when he’s supposedly the one that put the note in there over a survey. I work in customer service and when someone does a survey typically you use it to better yourself and team. Obviously I had problems back then but nobody cared enough to address them. It’s all good. I will not be returning. I have purchased a couple cars and used you guys several times over the past 10 years but I will be finding a new dodge dealership. Seems based off the other comments on here everyone having bad experience with the service department.
Service department is a complete joke. Called about bringing in my car for a recall and asked about a loaner car as they’re telling me it’s a 2 day process and he tells me there’s a note in my account that I’m not allowed to be given a loaner car. I asked why. At first he wouldn’t even give me a reason then finally tells me because I gave them a zero star survey in 2018. 7 YEARS AGO never once did they ever reach out and try to rectify the situations that took place then but to do this is crazy.

I typically take my 2020 Ram Big Horn to this dealer when I know I need something done right, but knowing at the same time it is going to cost a little more. However I took my truck in because the driver side headlight was out thinking with labor and parts at the most it would cost about 70 dollars. However they told me they needed to do a diagnostic on the headlight which cost $197.00. The diagnostic showed the bulb was out and so they replaced it. Total cost for my light bulb was $260.00. What gets me about this is the guy I was working with in Service named Bobby thought this was perfectly ok paying 260 bucks for a light bulb. It is possibly the most Ludacris amount I have ever paid for something so simple. I asked why wouldn't they start with the light bulb first instead of doing a diagnostic, and Bobby said they need to check the circuitry to make sure it wasn't in the wiring or something else. This is what I call deception and manipulation of a process to gain more money. I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but when someone brings a vehicle to your dealership for a light that is out check the bulb first for the customer. This should not be an automatic assumption or policy to run a diagnostic on a headlight or any light. It is highway robbery and you are representing that dealership knowing you are doing that to people. In my mind you should check the bulb and then if it is not that, maybe then do a diagnostic if the customer agrees at that point. It is time to change your process Dave Dennis, because you are taking money from people when you shouldn't be. People please go to the Better Business Bureau to see how unethical this business is for service. I just did and wish I would have done that sooner. I highly recommend you do not take your vehicle there, this is the second time I have paid way to much for something that needed fixed, and I have learned my lesson, and will never take my vehicle there again.

My mom recently went here and purchased her Jeep. She was very happy with Caleb and the service he provided. So much so, that she asked me to write a review for her. She said Caleb got her right into the vehicle she wanted and the purchase was easy and simple. I was happy that she was so well taken care of and I will be sending more family his way in the future.
