    I brought my brand new 2025 Ram to the Dave Dennis dealership for a transmission issue. Bobby was assigned as my point of contact and is still my point of contact, but the communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. I have not received proactive updates at any point. The only way I get any information is if I call the dealership myself or physically stop in to ask. No scheduled check-ins, no status updates, and no effort to keep me informed on what’s happening with my truck. My vehicle has now been in the shop for over five weeks, and I still don’t have clear answers on progress, timelines, or next steps. For a brand new vehicle with a serious transmission issue, this level of communication is unacceptable. This situation has been frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase down information, especially when their new vehicle is out of service for weeks. At a minimum, I expected consistent communication and accountability, and that has not happened here. I hope dealership management takes a hard look at how service communication is handled, because this experience does not reflect well on the dealership or the Ram brand.

    Omg the best buying experience ever! Greated by Dylan, told them my wants and the came through ! Called me at work got me approved they gave me the opportunity to bring home my new car last night to show hubby! Between the kind manager Aaron Zimmerman, finance guy Blake, and Caitlyn! I was back in service faster then you can say sign! In and out under 30minutes! I’ll be back!

    Went to the dealership and walked away with a new Ram 1500 Bighorn. Sierra J was attentive and listened to my needs, and got me set up in the exact truck I needed. Walked me through all the details and explained everything perfectly. She is a fantastic person to reach out to. Highly recommend, and we will continue to use Performance for all our automotive needs.

    Wonderful experience with Johnathan Mitchell. I showed up way earlier than scheduled visit. Zero wait! Buying a car can be stressful but Johnathan did a great job easing the tension with coffee and jokes. Good time really. He was honest professional and courteous. Let me test drive the three vehicles I was interested in. Ended up buying a 2019 ram outright. They did not turn me away or try to sell me more than I wanted. I’m absolutely stoked about my experience at Cronin cdjr Lebanon. I will be back and recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Thank your Cronin

You allowed me to manage another new car purchase. You gave me parameters and budgets to remain within. While being obedient, it opened the door for your marvelous blessings, Father, my experience with Billy Sutterlin, Walt Lawson, Tom Wrenn and Caitlyn was so filled with your Glory, that I have to remind myself that we bought a car.
