  I was in the market for a truck and saw that Caleb posted on Facebook about a truck at Dave Dennis. When I got to the dealership, he was a no pressure salesman and answered all of my questions. He definitely kept the environment calm and stress free! There was no hassle with taking the vehicle to my own mechanic for an inspection. The purchasing process was very quick and efficient. I even got to sign paperwork on a cool touchscreen table and that things awesome! Thanks, Caleb and the team at Dave Dennis for making the used car buying experience hassle and pressure free!

  03/02/26 Edit: I called; Told the same thing. Your management team is who told me to take it up with Stellantis. I’ll never buy a vehicle here again. When the sales manager says go the lemon law route is pretty sad. “It would cost us to much to do anything” to quote them

  Held my car for 3 weeks with no communication and when they claimed to be finished i showed up and the problem was the same. Gave me a managers number who doesn’t answer or call you back and only give you information when you escalate the situation. Horrible service in all

  terrible service. holding my car for a whole extra week because of a fault on there end and i don’t get any compensation. the service department is in no rush to help you, won’t answer or call you back and will make sure the process takes as long as possible. i would never recommend this location

  Based on all the reviews I've read, their sales department is wonderful, but the service department isn't the best. I took my Ram 2500 truck in for an oil leak in mid-January, a week before the snowstorm. I understand that sometimes warranty claims take time, but I dropped the truck off on a Thursday, and a week later they finally gave me an answer, saying they were going to order the parts, which would arrive the following Monday (meaning my truck had already been there for two weekends). Unfortunately, that weekend we had a snowstorm. I understand that it would be impossible to get the parts by Monday because of the snow, but on Thursday they told me the parts hadn't arrived because of the "storm" that had already passed five days earlier, and that maybe they would arrive on Friday. As expected, the parts didn't arrive on Friday, and they said the parts were now on back order, that they would look at another dealership and call me. I offered to pick up the parts in Columbus if necessary since I was in that area, and that's the last I heard from them because they didn't respond anymore. The following week, I waited until Monday to see if they would call, but they didn't. On Tuesday, I wrote to them asking for an update, and still nothing. At this point, my truck has been there for four weekends, and I still don't have an answer about when I'll get my car back. I explained the situation, that we only have two cars right now, and they obviously have one of them, and for a family where one parent has to travel for work, being without the other car was difficult. I asked if they had a loaner car since we urgently needed the truck because I had to travel and couldn't leave my husband without a car and with the children at home. Their response was that they don't offer that service. We had to get another car separately while we waited for an answer about when our truck would be ready. So, the service is poor, the communication isn't the best, and after all this time, I still haven't received an answer about when my car will be ready.
