Don't know what they did but now I need a new oil pump. Will not be getting this done there or anything ever again that's for sure.

I’ve lived all over this country and it can be really tough as a woman to find a mechanic who doesn’t either talk down to me or try to talk me into things I don’t need. Bigger Rd Auto makes me feel confident in their service and I will be bringing my car to them as long as I live in the area.
- JHJakob HoughtonDec 8, 20253.0I recently got an oil change and tire rotation and the pricing is really good. However, I asked them to inspect the brakes and let me know how they’re looking. I picked up my car and walked out the door, and then it dawned on me that I never heard anything about the inspection. I walked back in and asked about the brakes, and he told me that they are worn out. I was a bit frustrated about that because had I not gone back and asked, I would’ve just assumed everything was fine and it could’ve been a huge problem. They also didn’t call me when my car was ready and I only found out when I called them. Good pricing but I’m not happy with their communication.
