I’ve lived all over this country and it can be really tough as a woman to find a mechanic who doesn’t either talk down to me or try to talk me into things I don’t need. Bigger Rd Auto makes me feel confident in their service and I will be bringing my car to them as long as I live in the area.

I picked up my car and walked out the door, and then it dawned on me that I never heard anything about the inspection. I walked back in and asked about the brakes, and he told me that they are worn out. I was a bit frustrated about that because had I not gone back and asked, I would’ve just assumed everything was fine and it could’ve been a huge problem. They also didn’t call me when my car was ready and I only found out when I called them. Good pricing but I’m not happy with their communication.

They told me my motor was blown and made it seem like my only option was to replace the entire engine or give up on the vehicle. Come to find out, all I actually needed were spark plugs and a coil pack. Their misinformation could have cost me thousands of dollars, and the way they handled the situation felt dishonest and careless. Either they didn’t know what they were doing, or they tried to take advantage of me—neither is acceptable. Save yourself the stress and take your car somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing and treats customers with honesty.
