- MCMarva CarsonJan 3, 20261.0I went into this store on Salem Ave and asked to buy a battery and the lady in there must have been the manager didn’t acknowledge me until I said excuse me can you help me…she then decided to help me and sold me a battery that was the wrong battery for my car and then told me no one could install it because she didn’t have enough people working… I then asked her how long will it be she then stated she didn’t know and cashed me out and walked away.. this is poor customer service and she was not product knowledgeable and didn’t care to find out what needed.It is a shameful I had to go to another Auto Zone on Main to be treated like a real customer by a gentleman name Trae he went above and beyond to help me.

For example I had to show them the exact part and model number for them to even find it on know what a lower ball joint was! So don't expect them to have any knowledge above a 1rst grader that is in a handicap class!
