  I want to give a HUGE thanks to Tracy at the North Dixie location. I drove home from work,. I work in Beavercreek and stopped on Miller Lane to get dinner. When I got back in the car it would not start. My husband came and jump started my car and I drove straight to Advanced Auto as this wasn't the 1st time they helped us with a new battery. I walked in was greeted with a smile and Tracy immediately helped me he tested the battery and he replaced it right away. He provided such fast, friendly service and saved me the stress and worry about getting to work tomorrow. Anyone who needs a new car battery should definitely go see Tracy.

  I will never and I advise anyone else to never shop or buy anything from this location. The older black man with an accent his name starts with an E, try to tell me and called me a liar basically to my face. I had to purchase two different tools for a rotor job my husband was doing and I bought a big lug nut it was a 32" because we thought we needed it to get the rotor off and we did not, so all my car people out there that know about what they're talking about and that just don't work in a store and think they know about repairs on a vehicle unlike the employees in the store would know that you don't need a tool to take off a rotor so if you don't need the tool to take off the rotor and I bought this tool to take out the rotor that means that I didn't use a tool because I didn't need it correct okay I thought so so tell me why I had an employee tried tell me that I used that tool and brought it back when the piece the plastic piece was still on the item. Then my husband proceeded to have to buy a tool because a caliper was stuck out when the guy that works at advance Auto should know and be educated in vehicles and tools and everything told us that we needed a tool to get the caliper to go back in and I purchased it then when we go to try to see if we can use it it didn't match in size it didn't match in shape nothing again so if something doesn't fit or match and size how can I use it for what I need it for if it's not going to work again I can't use it so I took it back. Now granted you it was an hour each time within and I had a receipt and the tags are still on the items so tell me why an employee looks at me and says oh you use this excuse me I did what no I did not and how do you have the nerve to tell me what I used and what I didn't use because I one little mark on it because I dropped it handy it to my husband to see if it worked. The audacity is unreal completely unreal I will never come here again I will never shop here again and this is the reason why stores like this go out of business because he told me that that tool did fit Yes it did 100% yes it fit well when I just try to use it it did not so it was a wrong tool it's the audacity for me again like he could have came a block away to where we were and I would have shown him everything he thought he knew what he was talking about he did not because the tools did not fit and I never use him so it's very unprofessional and rude and disrespectful to tell a customer that I use something and call me a liar when in fact I did not I don't think you or the young lady that was on shift tonight on May 15th around 8:50 p.m. should even have jobs You don't care about your customers You don't care about satisfying the customer You don't care about the customer is right your mannerism is trash and both of you need different jobs to where you don't have to deal with customers because you're rude and disrespectful I was going to buy brakes rotors calipers from this location for a good price but now I will never shop or visit another advanced Auto parts because of what happened tonight saying I use something when I did not is just ultimate trash You don't deserve your job when I walked in the store I felt like I was a burden because you guys were on your phone's and didn't want to help a paying customer That's why businesses go out of business so when you're not in business and two to five years I hope you understand why I've been a manager in the restaurant business for 15 years and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated there this evening I wouldn't even give you a one star rating but I had to to give this review so people know I would not shop here I would not recommend shopping here I wouldn't give a recommendation to shop here nothing then please are trashy rude disrespectful and makes customers feel like we're a burden when we walk into the store like they got better things to do like me on their cell phones then help customers or calling a customer a liar rather than just saying sorry the part didn't work let me get that return for you SMH 😡
