  I thought I was going to need a new battery after being scared to death following an oil change. The guys there cleaned up my battery and checked it, did not need a new battery! Thank you for saving me money and taking great care of me.

  It was a Sunday afternoon, around 5 pm, and my 5 yr old truck battery died. I needed a battery pronto, and many locations were closing. I checked with AutoZone and they said they could help me. I went in and the manager Alex Seitz immediately assisted me. I was given a range of batteries to choose from at a reasonable price/warranty. After I paid for it, Alex went out to the parking lot and changed out my battery. All of this was done in under 15 minutes! I was super impressed with the customer service - Alex was pleasant and professional and expeditious. The new store is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this AutoZone and location.

  I had a pretty disappointing experience at AutoZone. The main issue was the staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the parts they were selling. I asked for help finding the correct part for my vehicle, and even after giving them all the details, they still ended up recommending the wrong one. It was frustrating because I trusted their guidance, only to realize later that the part didn’t fit or work at all. When I went back to address it, the process felt like a hassle and didn’t really make up for the time I wasted. Overall, I expected better product knowledge and accuracy from a place that specializes in auto parts. Not the experience I was hoping for.

  Caryn helped me work through a very confusing mess dealing with other stores not giving out correct information, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after having the short end of the stick everywhere else! Will definitely be coming back to this EXACT store and only this store! P.S. This store is immaculate! Thanks again!
