  Whoever was working this morning (4/14 at 9am) and scanning in cars was SO rude. I left and won’t be back.

  This team took care of my car with incredible detail. They found there was another light that was out that I hadn't accounted for and worked with me on all the small maintenance I needed done on my car. This was done quickly, the car is running amazing, and everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, and enjoyable to work with.

  So, you're just going to let the management know. I was trying to give your company the chance to correct the situation, so I kept my review, brief and left somethings out. Not only everything I previously stated. Techs were touching my fenders and, and the entire front bumper with nasty gloves, and they smeared oil, and grease on my car. Which it was just washed and i drove about 50yds to your establishment, and they spilled oil in my engine bay and didn't clean it up. The store has a pit for oil changes, why are you going against gravity and pulling the oil up? So you probably left some bad oill in there, in fact i know you did, because according to your vacuum, the tech pulled out 5.5qts of oil. Its a newer car in great shape. I'm certaing i didn't burn half a quart of oil in a 23 charger with 20k miles.So it sounds like your corporate office is just as bad as the store I went to. $120 for just oil. Full synthetic, and I'm supposed to come back in 3,000 miles. You couldn't answer any questions. Read the tag on my door and proceed to put the wrong air pressure in my tires. The girl doing the front during my service was laughable. Never coming back. Would rather have the dodge dealership activate a check engine light again
