- JJJNov 16, 20252.0Guys were nice but $56 for a customer supplied oil change absolutely ridiculous when I paid $34 at different location 6 months ago. Then you tried getting me to add a 7th quart of oil when it specifically states on vw website 5.8 to 6.02 with filter change so my car would have been over filled if I didn’t speak up. Also what is this idling the engine up to 2,000 rpm after start been getting my oil changed for 25 years never ever heard of this.
- NGnancy griffithOct 24, 20251.0after asking twice, the did not fill my tires with air. i said to them that my "dummy light" didn't go off they assured me they filled tires. this was done by the assistant manager named joey. i will NEVER go to valvoline again. i called corporate to complain, they said that they would send me a 50% off cupon. it NEVER came. basically, they suck.
- MMMister MeOct 18, 20251.02 different cars after oil change here were leaking oil on my garage floor when we took them back they said no problems found but miraculously the leak stopped I'm guessing the tightened the filter and said no issues instead of hey the filter was loose sorry. We'll after many years of going here for changes I need to look elsewhere it's sad that quality went down here

Was ready to rush me out the door before he even checked my battery and air filter. I let him know just because I'm a girl he should treat every customer the same. I have worked in the automotive industry for 17 yrs.
