After the last time recently however, they showed me my air filter needed replaced, which I can easily do myself so I declined to have them do it. After buying an air filter online when I went to put it in I noticed one of the two clips on my air filter cover was broken off and it was missing a screw, as well as another screw hole being stripped out. I know accidents happen, and I'm not even mad about that, but it is frustrating that they obviously had to know what happened and didn't say anything to me at the time. I know it happened then because they are the only place that has been under my hood since last time I changed my air filter and it was fine. So there is a possibility it happened the time before last, but either way it happened at this location.

I pulled in to the Valvoline store already frustrated about trying to change my front headlight bulb. It was in an impossible spot to reach. Peeling back the fender lining and standing on your head at best. These three guys knew it would be a hard one. But they all teamed up to get the light replaced. The store manager even went over to Autozone in the middle of the effort to get a part needed. I came away with a smile on my face and a working headlight. Their honest effort to please was amazing. And I could tell that that was the way they treated all their customers. I came away with a smile and a new favorite place to have my car worked on.
