Needless to say- it caused a huge headache. NTB got me in same day and sent me home same day with a fixed tire! Fabulous staff! Would definitely reccomend & will be returning in the future.

Asked girl at desk she was frustrated and blamed the other cars giving her them problems, I said thats understandable but why didn't you come tell me there was a problem so I couod adjust my tasks, her response " I don't know what to tell you" now Im driving on a spare tire in my work truck and have an already over booked schedule and will have to cancel customers ro get this corrected. Absolutely terrible service unfortunately.

I've stopped in to NTB on Howe Road a few times and they always fill it, check all the other tires and never charge me. I finally had a chance to get it in to be looked at to find the problem. It was a nail. The tire was able to be repaired and they took care of it quickly. No tries to upsell me or anything - they just fixed it quickly, and I was on my way in no time! Friendly people, clean store and waiting area, convenient location. Highly recommend.
- DPDave PriceDec 14, 20251.0I have 4 cars. I called NTB a week ago to schedule an appointment for 2 cars. 8 tires. Make the appointment. A few minutes later the local store manager calls me and needs to reschedule the appointment. Apparently the corporate call center doesn't know how backed up he is. OK that's fine we reschedule. On appointment day we show up with both cars. Hour and half later they inform me they don't have the tires for one of my cars. Mind you a week ago I clearly talked to local store with which tires I wanted year,make and model plus the tire size. No I don't want your store brand tire. So I call another NTB store,get the call center,asked to be transferred to the local store because they already messed up last time. Talking to local store, yes they physically have the tires and can fit it in today. I drop the car off and return 20 minutes before close. My car hasn't moved in 5 hours. I am here a half hour past close waiting for my car. Another gentleman has been here for 6 hours for a tire repair which ended up being a nail in the tire. Utterly ridiculous. Needless to say this will be the last NTB I ever step foot in. Yes, if it was my car not my wife's and I didn't already have 8 hours invested I would have walked and gone somewhere else.
