- CMClint Messenger5 days ago4.0Edit:Had some good communication with management today and we spoke for a bit about customer service it was a nice conversation he offered to try and get me some credit or something which i decided because i wasn't looking for anything like that i just asked hom to make sure it doesn't happen to me or someone else in the future and i got the feeling he will make sure it dont. I didn't want anyone to lose there job over this just to have better customer service in the future with all customer thank you. End edit here Called yesterday to make an appointment to have a leak fixed in a tire and was told they dont take appointments for that and to just bring it in so i went in today to have a leak in my tire fixed. When I got up to the counter I told them my problem and informed them I got the tires there and it should be covered under the warranty I bought. They I waa quickly informed me they were recently bought out and no longer have any of that information in the computer. I wasn't happy about that but didn't think it was the guy at the counters problem so I said that's fine I'll just pay out of pocket for it gave them my keys and sat down in the waiting room.5 minutes late a nice lady sits down next to me and we all got to talking,meanwhile 2 other customers also came in. As we're talking I noticed all the cars in the lot were back being worked on except mine and the lady next to me mention she's just in to have a leak in a tire fixed too. I said wow that's kinda messed up I got her before you and they took your car back before mine then I asked if she had made appointment and she said no but she comes all the time. I had mentioned to her i only buy tires from here and so on. After seeing 2 customers cars come after me and leave before me I promptly went to the deck and asked for my keys and left. I had 0 trust left after being treated differently for whatever reason they chose to pick others before me even tho I was there first,not to me to mention having to pay outta pocket for something that was already paid for as an extra when I bought my tires from there. You lost money today because of this,I think corporate better get used to it atleast at this location.
