I hate a flat tire yesterday morning(Christmas eve)I made an 8am . the gentleman at the desk greeted me kindly && let me know that the online booking does not properly reflect appt times && my car would most likely be done a little later in the day. no problem as I know i made the appt last min && it was the day before the holiday. when my car was being serviced they called me multiple times to give me update && let me know about other services that my car could benefit from. they were not pushy about the other services. they were honest about what they rec and gave me prices. I would highly highly highly recommend ntb for tire servies!!
