I asked one of the staff members if they had it and all they did was point me in the direction where it would be. Their attitude seemed very cold and unwilling to walk with me to the section as I rarely go into the store. Also they did not recommend or offer to check any other stores or have the item shipped in if they did not have it available. Will not be back to this location.

The female manager who "helped" me, didnt use either, said they needed the receipt. Showed them the receipt from my email and pulled the order up in my online account. She said that was not enough, was super rude and told me too bad, nothing she can do. I went to the parking lot, called customer service to get further assistance. They gave me the info from the receipt. All she had to do was call support, like I did, or even say 'hey call support, they canbgive you what I need to process your return'. However, instead of being helpful she just tossed her hands up and said oh well...too bad, you cannot return". I would not recommend going here if you need any assitance with anything as the manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. They got 3 stars from me because once I went back in, after helping myself, the person on the register was super nice and extremely apologetic for how their manager acted.
