- VGVegan girlDec 24, 20253.0Came in looking for a spare tire on Christmas eve the old guy was absolutely no help and rude yelling at me he can't help me we don't sell used tires but the young man helped me out he said he would try and help out as best he could he caled to different places and he found me a spare tire he musta caled like 40 places to find a place open and the old guy kept scoffing and making side comments very unprofessional
- CCCustom creationsDec 14, 20255.0I came in about 15 minutes to close, i know I know, with a dead battery I had to get jumped twice just to get to the store i walked in and told the old guy my situation and he tried to tell me it was to close to closing time and to come back tomorrow that they wouldn't close in time and he'd have to stay late and that he didn't want to stay late and side note he had very inappropriate writing on his coat i cant even repeat what it said but anywho the manager Ian came up from the back and saved the day and said of course we can do your battery it took him all of 5 minutes to replace my battery Ian was so nice
- JJJohnathanDec 11, 20255.0I brought my battery in because I thought it was bad the manager tested it and told me it was good and gave me great advice on what to do to check on potential issues I put the battery back in made sure my connections were tight and to have me come back in if the problem persisted and he would test my alternator I found out it was the terminal that would get tight on the screw but not on the battery all the way he got me a terminal cap I think and it fixed car starts now and runs perfect if I would've gone to a shop im sure it would've costed me wayyyyyyyy more than just a cap this is why I will always come back to advance auto

- E1ebman 13Nov 10, 20251.0Went in and talked with the store manager about a battery for my car. I was very specific but thought he helped me out. I was very surprised to find out he had sold me the wrong size battey upon trying to install it. Took it back in and not only did he NOT replace it with the correct battery he took absolutely no responsibily for selling me the incorrect product. Asked if there is anything we could do to resolve this and he told me to take a hike. Shop here at your own risk!
