  I was super pleased with my experience the other day! Christopher and KP were both so helpful and efficient with changing my oil and my air filter. Christopher made sure to explain what they were doing and was super kind!

  They messed up my blower motor after taking out my cabin air filter and putting it back in upside down. Was told by the Assistant Manager that the noise would go away in “30 minutes”, well that was a lie. The sound is still there and the manager, KP, basically told me “too bad so sad, we can’t fix it”. Well that’s fine because I’m just going to sue them.y car wasn’t making a noise when the A/C or heat was on before I went to Valvoline yesterday and I left with it making a loud motor like noise when I turn on the A/C or heat. They’ll break your car but won’t fix it.

  Make sure when getting a oil change here, make sure you get allllllllll the oil you paid for. This is the second time I been to this location for them to correct this. 1st time the young guy left my cap off! Could of been way worse! Had to go back because oil light came on within a weak, no oil!!!!! They corrected it right away, I let it slide. Forward to a year later, like a dummy , I tried them again cause they're close to my house. And yes, the same thing happened again! This time , I was shorted quarts of oil , which makes sense for last time as well! My b m w requires seven quarts , so I even had to buy two extra. And of course i had to come back AGAIN because my oil light came on with about 3000 miles until I was supposed to need the next one! AND OF COURSE come to find out no oil leak snow issues with my car.Nothing else just whoever did my oil change previously shorted my oil AGAIN! Luckily there's a new manager.She was a real sweetheart. She fixed the problem, but i still won't be back because I don't trust them anymore to give me all the oil I paid for. So sad, cause I like them. Long story, short people.Please make sure you have all your oil!

  I’ve always taken my car to the dealership in the past for oil changes just assuming it was better! But had such a wonderful experience that my mind has been changed and I would definitely return for service again. Service texts were informative and asked, answered all my questions and gave me good feedback. Also, they have a new manager KP, who is great and And so knowledgeable! Getting car service isn’t exactly fun, but they made it quick and easy

  I went here to get my oil changed. They looked at the error messages and said my tires need rotated. That was the first thing that caught me by surprise (I knew they wanted my car to be too notch). A situation occurred that was handled to perfection. They started work on my car so that when I pulled through the bulk of the work was done. All of the staff was amazing, work diligently and precisely. KP, the manager was also fantastic and walked me through the situation and with what they were doing in my car the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
