  Excellent service. Take 5 and Jiffy Lube say they can't do my CTS VSport, but Valvoline never had a problem. The workers at this location are especially efficient, nice, and informative. Tay was very thorough.

  I’m a frequent visitor to Valvoline Oil Change. Guys on Fifth Ave in Grandview are prompt. Don’t try to over sell but recommend what is necessary and offering you want it. Thanks

  Specifically the Grandview location on 5th- they care for my car just as much as I do! No phony upsells and they always answer my questions fully- no BS and no judgement.

  10/10! I love this place honestly, I felt guilty switching to valvoline from pennzoil but the service & efficiency of the crew which hasn't turned over in a year..... Like I like this one a lot.

  Everyone that I worked with was super sweet and honest. However, I waited an hour and a half for my oil change. The lines were not that long. They were understaffed, and I want to emphasize that that is not their fault and they were extremely apologetic. They even gave me a free windshield wiper blade for the wait. They were working hard and I was really totally fine with the wait. However, I drove off hearing a weird sound, and came to find the next morning that the cover to the bottom of the car to access everything was halfway peeled off. I went back, and a gentleman told me whoever put it back on put it on wrong, and it missed a check. What’s frustrating about this is when they finally got to my car, they rushed the process and created a possible road hazard should this piece have ripped off on the road. It was put back on correctly, but when I drove off, I discovered they also did not close my hood correctly, so I had to pull off the side of the road and close that as well. I really try not to be a “Karen” about things because I understand from personal experience that staffing issues cause strain on a whole team. Everyone is trying their best and I felt that during my time there. What I hope is that management sees this and makes the appropriate changes. Again, everyone was so wonderful and fun to talk to, but I was rushed which led to something major getting missed.
