  I went to the location on bethel, they charged me for an oil change then told me they couldn’t do it because my drain plug was stripped. I waited a week and went back after they told me they needed to wait a week for a part to remove it. They failed to get that part. I ended up coming to this location, they were able to fix the issue and get me the oil change I needed. Overall they took care of me and made sure to fix the issue.

  Techs were wonderful and nice. Very communicative and printed out the things he recommends doing soon since I didn’t do them that day. Definitely plan to return for my other services in the future!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT take your car here. It almost cause me a transmission and I’ve spent hundreds getting my car fixed. When you try to submit a claim when they do screw up your car they will not escalate it past the store manager and will lie and say they will show you camera footage and you won’t see that. Look at the BBB they have multiple complaints I’m not the only one. Take your car to your mechanic and run from this place.

  I usually go to Valvoline to get my oil changed and they typically check my blinkers, lights, tires, and air filter as they change it. This time is the only time a location didn’t do that. I only had my oil changed and air filter examined. I also had a long wait. Two cars were serviced in the other lane before I got service. There was no communication on how long the person in front of my would take. I was there for an hour.

  Several things affected my two-star rating. I asked for a receipt which they don't give you other than an email receipt. I didn't even know the total cost before looking at the email. After driving away I realized they didn't even confirm my email. I had to ask to have my air pressure checked in my tires since I had an indicator that I had a low tire. None of my lights were checked which on all previous visits they had been. Since there's no assistance resetting the dashboard lights I'm not even sure whether my oil was changed and my tire pressure checked. I know my battery is quite a few years old and that had not been mentioned. And they actually asked me if after filling my oil had he showed me that my oil was now full. I said no, so he proceeded to show me. They were not at all busy. There were two cars in bays when I showed up and no more than two cars waiting the entire time I was there. Had always been happy with this location in the past. Will try a different location going forward.
