  AVOID this place if you can. I had my car towed here because my insurance covered the miles and I regret not just paying a tow to take it to my usual mechanic. Brandon the manager says he’ll call you back but fails to do so. I had to call a few different times to get clarification or provide more details because he sounds annoyed to even be on the phone and was trying to quickly get me off. I asked for an ETA and was given the run around. They had my car for 2 weeks to replace 4 spark plugs, a brake light, and a coolant inspection. I also asked them to check the back rear tire again because it was constantly leaking air only to be told they did check it and nothing was wrong to then pull out of the parking lot with a tire that should be 36 now at 26. They also failed to put my entire engine cap back on and we only noticed recently because the car has once again started idling and has an engine light on which it didn’t have prior to taking it here, so we popped the hood to check things out and my entire engine is exposed. Don’t waste your time or money at this place! Edit: put more air in my back right tire after picking my car up from this shop. It’s already low again, but yeah, nothing was wrong with it. lol

  Had a great experience here. I had an issue with my car, they were very up front with what they could and couldn't do, worked with my insurance, and informed me of what they will likely cover in advance. They communicated every step of the way, and gave me advice on where/how the services they couldn't do may be covered by a warranty on my car. Overall this location had great customer service- they were kind and well informed, and did the best they could for my car. I would return here in a heartbeat.
