  My car was a mystery! Gin at point of contact was amazing she was understanding caring and went above and beyond to help me! Knowing I was on a budget and funds was low! They didn’t stop until they found out the problem I do have to go back for some other things that wasn’t urgent but on to do list to get fixed! I appreciate all that worked hard on my vehicle to make sure we was safe highly recommend

  I had a flat tire on my car over the weekend so I took it to Tuffy Automotive on West Broad Street on Monday and they got me right in and was able to fix my tire quickly and in the process they also inspected the rest of the tires. I am always very grateful for such good service there. I like the staff there because they are friendly and thorough and honest and I take my car there for everything because of that great treatment I receive. I recommend this auto shop to anyone who is looking for good service and good pricing.

  Gineen runs a tight ship I wish I could bring this garage with me wherever I move because it is full of character, integrity, and compassion in a business that can really take advantage of vulnerable people. I’d give them all your business but the only caveat is they are super busy (and they deserve to be)

  I have been a long time customer of Tuffy 20 plus yrs and they always take care of all my needs it’s the only place that service my vehicles I trust them over the dealership any day And Ganine is amazing at working with the warranty companies and she knows her stuff

  I like how pictures were taken to show me the good and the bad. I liked how the workers there went above and beyond to get the part that was needed. I appreciate all the hard work. I definitely will be coming back to an issue I was told about when I picked up my car about my coolant hose being bad. I hope that when I bring my car back, I can get a good deal on getting it fixed. I will let everyone know who fixed my car and how great the customer service team is there. Gin has great customer service!!
