  I recently completed 8 hours of behind-the-wheel driving lessons with Mona from Sunny Academy and her reliable training car, Black-Jack. It was a positive and effective experience that helped me gain real confidence on the road. Mona was an excellent instructor — patient, clear, and encouraging throughout every session. She explained driving techniques in a step-by-step manner, covering everything from basic vehicle controls and residential streets to more advanced skills like highway merging, lane changes, and parallel parking. When I made mistakes, she stayed calm and turned them into helpful teaching moments rather than stressful ones. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she had a great sense of humor that kept the lessons light and enjoyable. Black-Jack, the dual-control training car, performed perfectly over the 8 hours. The car was clean, well-maintained, and handled smoothly with no mechanical issues. The instructor-side controls provided extra peace of mind, making practice feel safer and more productive. The lessons with Mona at Sunny Academy were well-structured and perfectly paced for my needs. After just 8 hours, I felt noticeably more skilled and comfortable behind the wheel. Mona’s supportive teaching style made the whole process far less intimidating.   I had Mona and black jack for in cars they changed my life they were so amazing and helped me so much with in cars and made it so so so much fun I suggest getting with Mona as fast as possible she’s the best!

  I’ve just completed my 8 hours behind the wheel with Mona (instructor at Suny’s), and she is excellent! Not only does she help you truly learn how to drive, but she also takes you on great routes that allow you to get familiar with the area and appreciate the beauty of the city and its surroundings. You learn to drive smoothly in all types of scenarios, staying relaxed and calm at all times.I highly recommend training with her.

  Miss Mona and her black Jack knows how to make people comfortable while learning how to drive. She is a good instructor.

  Although the school is on the expensive side, I enjoyed every lesson and moment I had here. I had Miss Mona as my instructor and it was great, I learned so much through 4 days and at a rapid pace thanks to Miss Mona. She gave me challenges and proved to me that I was able to handle the pressure. She even spoiled me while driving! Won’t say how. All the nervousness and fear I felt on the first day was all gone once I saw my instructor’s character, gentle, sweet and funny. Thanks to Miss Mona I feel confident in driving and my ability to pass my license exam.
