  Tried to call multiple times and was unable to reach the location directly. The call would take me to some A.I or would end because no one picked up the phone. Found a number that connected to a person and they were someone able to talk to the people at the location. Dropped my car off at 9:30 but didn’t get worked started until 3 which didn’t make sense because the glue has to sit and dry.

  Had a horrible experience with this location. Had to make three appointments and wait the entire time and they didn't bring the parts to do the repair. After the repair, my review mirror fell off and even the side popped off. After explaining that this was a two-month endeavor the management could not care less. Even had talked with a QA person call and that was about as illuminating as a blackhole. Do not go to this location!

  Tarek came out to replace my windshield. He was on time, explained everything to me, and was done in no time. He did a great job! The whole experience from scheduling to the actual service was easy- much appreciated!

  My windshield got cracked for the second time in two years. We went through the dealership the first time and it was quite a hassle, including needing to leave our car for a few days. Safelite makes the whole process incredibly easy. Our technician, Joe, was communicative throughout the process. He called the morning of to give us a timeframe and then gave us a heads up when he was on his way. He completed the job more quickly than the time allocated. He gave us thorough instructions. Best of all, I could go on with my day in my house while he completed the job in my garage.

  It took 3 tries for them to get the right windshield with a 4 hour window each time that was 12 hours I had to commit to this. And the last time they came they didn't have the right equipment so my safety features don't work. I called and can't get through to anyone and it states I must use the website. And the website states I must call in. Its setup so you can't possibly get through to anyone to deal with an issue so I have to go pay the dealer to take care of it so my safety features will work.
