Andrew did a excellent job taking care of me and handling all the headaches of dealing with the at fault drivers insurance. I am so thankful for Andrew and the team at Rifes.

Wife's car arrived in rough shape but left looking fantastic. We've had collision repair done at other shops before and they've always struggled to match the tri-coat pearl white finish. These guys nailed it the first time. Been to many body shops in my day but none have given the same "White Glove" service as this. Much appreciated!
- ACAleecia CarsonFeb 4, 20261.0Worst experience I've had with a repair shop. It took them 11 weeks just to replace a door and buff/paint other damages.. Initially it was supposed to be ready before Christmas and then it kept getting pushed back. The first time they called me to pick up my car it still had unrepaired damages! And then when I finally got my car back this month, the car stalled and lost power because they forgot to tighten the terminals to the battery! I could've died if it had completely disconnected when I was on the highway instead of a parking lot. Absolutely astonishing how negligent they are with their work. 0/10 experience. Would not recommend to any friends, family, or coworkers.
