- WWWilliam4 days ago1.0Anytime of the day there is hardly any parking especially at night. Even if you reserve a parking space hours before they claim that they cannot knock on anybody's door after 10:00 p.m.. There's absolutely no point of making a reserve here if you don't have a parking space available. I don't know why they build truck stops in places where you can't expand the parking lot and make it bigger and more convenient for truck drivers
- JHJeff HamptonApr 4, 20262.0I come in there 3+ times a week for years now. The staff is friendly. The ladies in the morning have the coffee ready to go. But the new manager is not so pleasant. She's very rude and a unhappy person. I've seen her talk to her employees like second class citizens. I felt bad for the girl she was talking to like that. Do better Pilot.

- JMJohanna MitchellMar 15, 20265.0First time needing to use the overnight parking. It seems to be very safe with cameras and well lit. I did notice a security guard.
- CLCeline LansfordMar 12, 20262.0Power went out from the storm yesterday, after some time of getting the store back together. Waiting patiently. They didn’t let anyone shower, which everything was back up and running. There was no reason to not let anyone shower other than just being lazy and not wanting to clean them. The washers are all out of order and the one we did use didn’t even wash our clothes properly. Just disappointed.
