Shoutout as well to the rest of the team who worked on my car, everyone was professional, efficient, and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers. - BBBob B.Mar 11, 20261.0I came in for two tires that I was told would come in for around 160 before tax, but upon showing up to the store, was told that the person I reached out to didn’t call the front desk to verify their stock was and that the only tire they had in shop was nearly 15 more per tire… This was pretty upsetting overall. I don’t know if this falls on the location or the parent NTB company itself. Nonetheless, it was a really unethical tactic that’s ensured me never getting serviced here ever again. TLDR; predatory tactics that you see occasionally with shops with much lower ratings than 4.4 on google reviews. The burden of having things in stock shouldn’t rely on the customer, but the business. It reflects on how little respect the shop has for people that come in need of assistance with vehicles that are unfortunately necessary for daily operations. Be better.
