  My son and I were visiting the area overnight to finalize his college decision (hopefully!). I mistakenly booked a car for Columbus, Georgia instead of Columbus, Ohio. When I went to exit the garage they could not find my name and when I showed them my reservation they gently brought the error to my attention.One million scenarios ran through my head! Carlos the manager was able to quickly work out my reservation with kindness and understanding so my incoming freshman and I could attend our appointments as scheduled without having to scramble! I can't remember their names but the gentleman who helped us find a car to suit our needs on Monday April6 as well as the lovely gentleman who received us to return the vehicle on Tuesday, April 7 we're absolutely delightful pleasant and friendly! This by far was the best rental car return and exchange experience I have ever had and would absolutely use National again!
