  Every time I have a need for tires or Service Mr. tire exceeds my expectations. They do it in less time than they said at a very fair price and provide excellent service.

  We had a faulty, stem valve with a cap that had corroded to it. Mr. Tire got us in right away and within two hours I was back on the road.

  Not horrible customer service but not great by any means. Guy drove the car into the garage with 1 sensor on, replaced tires, then gave me the keys with 3 additional sensors on. Guy told me things that needed to be done to correct the sensors but it was actually due to him not plugging something back in. So he pulled it back in to the garage and plugged in and some other stuff he didn’t tell me and the sensors went off. I ended up taking my car directly to another shop to get checked. I spent over $2000 for new tires and an alignment. I was hoping they would be a good shop at that price. I won’t be using them again.

  Came in with a screw in my tire, and was looking to pay quite a bit for a new tire, and for the labor, but was told that they could just patch it, and that it would be as good as new. I always had great service at Mr Tire, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

  Absolutely the WORST place to EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE! I wouldn't even recommend it to my ENEMIES. HORRIBLE service, RUDE STAFF, and LIARS! Over charged me after getting a quote for a simple service, ADDED FALSE CHARGES to my bill, and also TREATED ME LIKE CRAP the whole time! Not sure why I thought that I would try to save myself the pain from a recent back injury by coming here, I have been keeping my vehicle going for 250,000 miles with all my maintenance and repairs done by me, so I know a F TIER service when I experience it. THEY ALSO UNDERFILLED MY OIL by 2 QUARTS yet charged me for a full 6! Reported to the BBB, and Franklin County. Maybe send your mother in law here, but unless you need to destroy your car via intentionally bad service, SKIP THIS HOLE.
