Safelite AutoGlass quoted me nearly $800 for what they called a “premium package” — which included free windshield wipers. I already have brand new wipers. Safelite, you should be ashamed. Then I called Low Price Auto Glass — and what a relief. They had my window IN STOCK, got me in right away, and handled everything quickly and professionally. Total cost? $225. That’s not just a small difference — that’s a massive one. And here’s what really stood out: we all know when you walk into big corporate, big-box places, employees often seem unhappy or just going through the motions.
